AGI used to offer TLE data for a wide range of satellites and space objects that could be accessed directly through STK. Is this feature still supported? If so, how can I configure it?

Yes. AGI provides a TLE database based on the public database from Space-Track.org. To update this database, use the Utilities Menu and select Update Databases.
This database is updated daily by AGI and if you are working with TLEs on a daily basis, you should update daily.
