Hey Travis,
3D Tiles Overview (agi.com)
AGI has a great overview in their help. Also there is a really good video on how to do it.
Product Demo: 3-D Tiles in STK (youtube.com)
Webinar: 3D Tiles and Visualization Advancements in STK 11.6 (youtube.com)
Both great options to learn about 3D Tiles!
Once you bring them in, you can use for Access Constraints.
Thanks,
Alex
