I can start STK then when I select New Scenario and select okay, it crashes soon after that. Any ideas?

Great. It was my graphics card. STK was not using my graphics card and I needed to update graphics card driver as well. Works fine now! Great suggestion.

Hi. Sorry to hear you are having this issue. Since you are getting a crash at Startup. This is a possible indication of issues with your graphics card. When you are creating a new scenario or opening a scenario, the graphics card is being used to render the 3D Globe and 2D Map. If the dedicated graphics card or integrated graphics card cannot handle the rendering of the globe, then you can see some odd behavior or it will simply crash.
