LSAS Technical Support is offered to our active customers. Our Tec-Support team of aerospace experts thrives on tackling complex challenges and we want to make sure your experience using our technology is a good one. Here is an overview of how to request support from the LSAS Tec-Support team:

  1. Email Support: Reach out to support@lsas-tec.com to connect directly with our engineering team. The email will create a ticket for easy tracking and accountability. They will respond promptly to your question with either a direct response or a request to provide more information.
  2. Online Portal: Visit https://lsas-tec.freshdesk.com/support/home to create a support account. This account let's you access a wealth of tec-support content and submit support tickets. This account let's you manage your tickets, check status, add comments, and attach any screenshots directly on the LSAS support website. This account also maintains your closed tickets for your review.
  3. Remote Screen Sharing: When starting with the other options, LSAS engineers have the ability to do a Teams/Zoom call with screen sharing. If this is something you would like to do, please let us know via email/online-portal and we will set it up.

Choose the method that suits you best, and we'll provide the efficient and effective assistance you need from LSAS-tec.
